Zero2Hero’s camps and school programs train young Australians to recognise the signs of mental ill-health in themselves and their mates, and give them the confidence to start conversations that can save lives. It is practical, preventative work — a philosophy that resonates deeply with a company built on fixing small problems before they become big ones.
The partnership reflects where FixNGrout’s roots are. The trades employ hundreds of thousands of young Australians, and mental health remains one of the industry’s most serious challenges. Supporting an organisation that equips young people with the tools to look out for each other is, the team believes, some of the most important sponsorship a trade business can do.
Through the partnership, FixNGrout will help fund Zero2Hero programs and camps, and team members will get behind fundraising initiatives throughout the year.
