Founder Story
FixNGrout began with a simple opportunity and strong work ethic. At 17, founder Brad Young returned from overseas looking for work and started helping in a small family friend's grouting business. What began as casual work quickly developed into hands-on experience repairing grout, restoring tiled areas and learning the value of doing the job properly.
Over the following years, Brad worked extensively in the field, gaining practical experience in grout repair, shower restoration and tile maintenance. Along the way he also learned the fundamentals of running a service business – correctly pricing jobs, building reliable systems and delivering a professional customer experience.
Today, the business still operates on the same principles:

FixNGrout started in Perth in 2025 with a simple idea: fix leaking showers properly, without tearing a bathroom apart. From the first job we've worked to the same systems — assess the real cause, use materials made for wet areas, and stand behind the work.
Today we work right across the Perth metro area and the surrounding suburbs. Being deliberately local, and deliberately specialised in grout and showers, is what lets us keep the standard consistent on every single job.
